How to Add a Custom Logo to Your Spare Tire Cover

Adding a logo to a spare tire cover is one of the easier ways to add a real identity to a vehicle. The cover is fixed in place, visible from a distance, and survives weather better than any sticker or wrap. A clean logo on the back of a Wrangler, work truck, or RV is the kind of detail that gets noticed without trying.

What logos work best on a round wheel face
The wheel face is a circular canvas roughly 32–33 inches in diameter for most vehicles. Logos that work well:
- Centered, square-ish layouts — circle logos, shield logos, and square logos fill the canvas naturally.
- Bold, high-contrast designs — thin lines and tiny details get lost from across a parking lot.
- One or two-color logos — print sharpest. Multi-color photo-realistic logos work too but need higher-resolution source files.
- Logos with breathing room — we add a small print margin from the edge of the wheel face. Do not pack the logo edge-to-edge.
For wide horizontal logos, we can stack lockups or set the wordmark separately above or below the symbol so everything reads cleanly on the round canvas.
File format requirements
Ideal: vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG). Vector logos scale to any size without pixelation.
Good: a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, 1500×1500 pixels minimum, at 300 DPI.
Workable: a JPG at 1500×1500 pixels or larger.

Color matching and customization
OEM paint codes are matched at no extra cost. Send your factory color name (Granite Crystal, Sting-Gray, Sarge Green, Bright White, Cyber Orange, designo Manufaktur, and similar) at checkout, or attach a paint-chip photo for non-standard colors.
For business logos, send brand-color hex codes (for example, #1B3D6E) and we match exactly. Pantone references are also welcome.

How does the design proof work?
Within 1–3 business days of order, we email a digital proof showing the logo rendered on the round wheel canvas. Approve to print, or request revisions (color, scale, layout). Approval-first — nothing prints until you sign off.
Can I order multiple custom covers with the same logo for a fleet?
Yes. There is no minimum and no maximum. Each cover is custom-printed; sizing and material can vary across the fleet. For five or more covers, ask about fleet pricing.
