Geo and Chevrolet Tracker spare tire covers
Custom spare tire covers for Geo Tracker (1989–1997) and Chevrolet Tracker (1998–2004) — the Suzuki-Sidekick-derived small SUV that built a generation of first-vehicle off-road memories. Free backup-camera cutout, free custom design, free worldwide shipping. Sized to factory 30-inch spares and the lifted-on-31s aftermarket builds the Geo / Tracker community runs.
Sized for the Geo Tracker, the Chevy Tracker that replaced it, and the broader Geo lineup
Geo was Chevrolet's import-derived sub-brand from 1989 to 1997 — small, fuel-efficient cars built jointly with Suzuki, Toyota, and Isuzu. The Tracker was the star — a Suzuki-Sidekick-derived two- and four-door 4WD that became the cheap, fun, throw-it-at-trails SUV for a whole generation. After 1997 the Tracker continued under the Chevrolet badge through 2004. Our covers are sized for both Geo and Chevrolet Tracker spares exactly.
- Geo Tracker (1989–1997) — the convertible and hardtop two-door, plus the four-door from 1991. Suzuki Sidekick-derived. Stock spare 195/75R15 (early) or 205/75R15 (later trims), rear-mounted on the swing-out carrier.
- Chevrolet Tracker (1998–2004) — the rebadged continuation. Same platform as the Sidekick / Vitara. Stock 215/75R15 to 235/60R16 depending on trim. Two-door and four-door body styles.
- Geo Tracker LSi 4-door (1991–1997) — the family-spec four-door with V6 option. Stock 205/75R15 or 215/65R15.
- Geo Storm (1990–1993) — Isuzu Impulse-derived sport coupe. Not a 4WD, but owners with externally-mounted spares (rare) or boot-stowed full-size spares occasionally want a cover. Stock 175/70R13 or 185/60R14.
- Geo Metro / Prizm (1989–1997) — the fuel-economy hatchback (Suzuki Cultus-derived) and Toyota Corolla-derived sedan. Boot-stowed compact spares, 145/80R12 to 175/65R14.
- Geo Spectrum / Tracker LSi convertible — less common but covered. Owners restoring the convertible Tracker LSi or Sidekick JS Y-series often request period-correct lettering.
The Geo / Tracker community is small but loyal — first-vehicle memories run deep. We ship to US Tracker restorers, Canadian and Mexican Chevy Tracker owners (popular as a budget overland rig), and the rare European Suzuki Sidekick-mate owner who's after the Geo Tracker LSi badge.
Free backup camera cutout, on every cover
Geo and Chevy Tracker came before factory backup cameras. Owners often retrofit a wireless camera onto the rear swing-out spare carrier — particularly handy on the LSi 4-door for visibility through the rear-mounted spare. Send us the camera diameter and offset; we cut a clean hole during production at no charge.
To add it, select the "with camera hole" option at checkout. We cut the hole during production — no special order, no surcharge, no production delay.
Geo and Chevy Tracker spare tire sizing — from factory 30-inch to lifted 31-inch ATs
Trackers are small, but their owners love to lift them. 31-inch ATs on a lifted 4-door Tracker is a common trail spec. Use this lookup, then size by the actual tire's overall diameter for a free custom fit.

Choose your material
Geo and Tracker owners run the gamut from "first car" daily drivers to dedicated trail-build enthusiasts who've built a 30-year-old Tracker into a serious rig. The materials match both ends:
Polyester — $69 (Budget)
Lifespan 2–3 years. Drawstring cord attachment. Honest-budget pick for daily Tracker drivers and the typical Geo Metro / Prizm boot-stowed spare. Drawstring, 2–3 years.
PVC — $99 (Waterproof)
Lifespan 3–4 years. Elastic band attachment. Best for daily Trackers parked outside in coastal or rainy areas. Waterproof, snug elastic, factory look.
PU Leather — $129 (Premium look)
Lifespan 3–4 years. Elastic band attachment. Premium grain that suits a clean-restored Tracker LSi or convertible. Elastic band, soft, premium look.
Marine Grade Vinyl — $169 (Heavy duty, printed and sewn in Florida)
Lifespan 5+ years. Drawstring cord attachment. Recommended for Mexican and Latin American Tracker owners (where the platform stayed in production longer) and Florida/Texas owners with year-round outdoor parking. UV stable, 5+ years.
Marine Grade Vinyl Lux — $199 (Top spec, printed and sewn in Florida)
Same Marine Grade Vinyl spec plus integrated anti-theft lock — exclusive to Marine Grade Vinyl Lux only. Marine spec plus integrated anti-theft lock. Worth it on rare convertible Tracker LSi or restoration-grade builds.

Cleaning note: Pressure washing is not recommended for any Wheel Shell cover, regardless of material. Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly, and air dry. Pressure washing can damage the printed surface and shorten cover lifespan.
Color matching note: Matte PU Leather and Marine Grade Vinyl reproduce factory matte black most accurately. Glossy PVC and Polyester read as deep charcoal under direct sun. For OEM paint-match, send your paint code at checkout — we calibrate the print and send a proof before production.
Color matching: We've matched Light Pewter Tracker LSi, Bright Red 2-door Geo Tracker, Gold Topaz LSi 4-door, and Bright White Chevrolet Tracker. Send the paint code (under the hood) or a clear photo of the tailgate.
How the cover attaches to your Geo or Chevy Tracker's spare
All Tracker generations mount the spare on a rear swing-out carrier (with a hard plastic shell on most trims). Our soft cover sits over the tire inside the shell, or directly on the spare if you've removed the shell. Pick by attachment style:
- Elastic band (PU Leather, PVC): Stretches over the tire and grips behind the tread for a snug, factory-style fit.
- Drawstring cord (Polyester, Marine Grade Vinyl, Marine Grade Vinyl Lux): Wraps over the tire and tightens with a drawcord. Adjustable for any spare diameter.
Tracker swing-out carriers with hard plastic shells: our soft cover wraps the tire inside the shell — size to the tire (195/75R15 or 215/75R15), not the shell.

Frequently asked questions about Geo and Chevrolet Tracker spare tire covers
What size cover do I need for my Geo Tracker?
Geo Tracker 2-door (1989–1997) runs 195/75R15 stock, which is 26.5 inches (67 cm) overall. The 4-door LSi runs 205/75R15 (27 inches). If you've fitted larger tires (30s or 31s), enter the actual sidewall numbers and we'll cut to that diameter.
Will it fit the Chevrolet Tracker (1998–2004)?
Yes — we cover both Geo and Chevy Tracker generations. Chevy Tracker base on 215/75R15 (27.7 inches), LT / ZR2 on 235/60R16 (27.1 inches). Same swing-out rear-mount, same fitment.
My Tracker has the hard plastic spare shell. Will the soft cover fit?
Yes. The soft cover wraps the tire itself, then the hard plastic shell closes over the top. Size by the tire's overall diameter, not the shell opening. Most Tracker LSi 4-doors with the shell run 205/75R15 = 27-inch covers.
Will the cover fit my lifted Tracker on 31-inch tires?
Yes — just measure your spare tire's overall diameter (31×10.5R15 = 31 inches) and enter that at checkout. Custom sizing is free, so even non-stock tire sizes get a precise fit.
Can you match the cover to my Tracker's Bright Red or Light Pewter Metallic paint?
Yes — both are in our reference library along with Gold Topaz, Quasar Blue, and Bright White from the Tracker era. Send the paint code (under the hood) or a clear photo and we'll match before printing.
Do you ship to Mexico or Latin America?
Yes — the Chevrolet Tracker stayed in production in Latin America longer than in the US, so this is one of our regular markets. Free worldwide shipping. About 5–9 business days door-to-door by air freight.
Can I customize the cover with the Geo Tracker LSi badge or 90s lettering?
Yes — we've drawn the Geo Tracker LSi badge, the early-90s yellow-red-chrome Geo lettering, and the convertible-era surf-and-beach graphics. Approval-first, free design.
What about a cover for the Geo Storm or Geo Metro?
Both work — Storm runs 175/70R13 or 185/60R14 boot-stowed spare (small, custom sizing). Metro runs 145/80R12 to 175/65R14. We size both for free at checkout.
How long does shipping take to Canada or the US?
Production 2–7 business days plus 2–4 business days transit. About 5–9 business days door-to-door for US and Canada. Free worldwide shipping.
Will the cover work on a Tracker that's been converted to a soft-top convertible?
Yes — the convertible Tracker LSi 2-door used the same rear-mount spare arrangement. We've made several covers for restored Tracker convertibles, including with the original beach-scene 90s graphics that some owners want as nostalgia.
Can I get the Suzuki Sidekick or Vitara badge on the cover for my Tracker?
Yes — the platform was shared, and many Tracker enthusiasts want to nod to the Suzuki origins. We've drawn Sidekick JS, Vitara JX, and Vitara XL-7 badges for owners who've imported Suzuki-badged variants.
Will the cover fit if I've removed the hard plastic shell from my Tracker?
Yes — the soft cover is designed to fit the tire whether the shell is in place or removed. Size by tire diameter at checkout, and the cover wraps and tightens with elastic or drawstring.
