Hyundai spare tire covers
Custom spare tire covers for Hyundai Santa Fe, Tucson, Terracan, Galloper, Palisade, and the rest of the Hyundai SUV line. Free backup-camera cutout, free custom design, free worldwide shipping. Sized to factory specs from the body-on-frame Galloper to the latest 5th-gen Santa Fe.
Sized for every Hyundai SUV from Galloper to Palisade
Hyundai's SUV story isn't twenty years long, it's forty — the Galloper started shipping out of Ulsan in 1991 as a licensed Mitsubishi Pajero. Today the Palisade and Santa Fe are among the best-selling family SUVs on three continents. Our covers are sized to match what Hyundai actually fitted, not generic sizes.
- Hyundai Galloper (1991–2003) — the body-on-frame, Pajero-licensed SUV that launched Hyundai into the off-road world. Stock spare 235/75R15 on the rear-mounted carrier. Cult classic across Korea, Spain, the Middle East.
- Hyundai Terracan (2001–2007) — full-size, body-on-frame, Pajero-platform successor to the Galloper. Stock spare 245/70R16. Surprisingly capable off-road with the V6 or 2.9 CRDi diesel.
- Hyundai Santa Fe — 1st-gen (2001–2006) on 235/70R16 stock, 2nd-gen (2007–2012) on 235/65R17, 3rd-gen (2013–2018) on 235/55R19 or 235/60R18, 4th-gen (2019–2023) on 235/55R19, 5th-gen (2024+) on 255/55R20.
- Hyundai Tucson — 1st-gen JM (2004–2009) 225/60R17, 2nd-gen LM (2009–2015) 225/60R17, 3rd-gen TL (2015–2020) 225/60R17, 4th-gen NX4 (2021+) 235/55R19.
- Hyundai Palisade (2018–present) — 7- and 8-passenger flagship. Stock spare 245/60R20 or 245/50R21 on Calligraphy trim. Sized for the spare in the under-floor compartment.
- Hyundai Kona / Venue / Bayon (current) — the small-SUV line. Most ship with a tire-repair kit rather than a spare; if your trim has the optional spare, sizing matches the running tire.
Galloper owners in Spain, Terracan owners in the Middle East, Santa Fe and Tucson families across the US and Europe, Palisade buyers in North America and the Gulf — we ship to all of them, in any quantity, with free worldwide shipping.
Free backup camera cutout, on every cover
Every modern Hyundai — Tucson NX4, Santa Fe TM/MX5, Palisade, Kona — has a factory rear camera. Older Galloper and Terracan owners sometimes retrofit one onto the spare carrier. Send us the camera diameter and offset; we cut the hole during production at no charge.
To add it, select the "with camera hole" option at checkout. We cut the hole during production — no special order, no surcharge, no production delay.

Choose your material
Modern Hyundai owners are paint-careful and resale-aware. The cover should look like it came from the factory and protect the spare without fading. Here's the breakdown:
Polyester — $69 (Budget)
Lifespan 2–3 years. Drawstring cord attachment. Fine for under-floor stowed spares (most Tucsons, Santa Fes, Palisades) where UV exposure is minimal. Drawstring keeps it tidy.
PVC — $99 (Waterproof)
Lifespan 3–4 years. Elastic band attachment. Better choice for Galloper or Terracan owners with rear-mounted spares exposed to weather. Waterproof, snug elastic, looks tidy.
PU Leather — $129 (Premium look)
Lifespan 3–4 years. Elastic band attachment. Premium look that fits the upmarket Calligraphy / Limited trim of newer Palisades and Santa Fes. Soft grain, elastic band, premium feel for the same daily-driver context.
Marine Grade Vinyl — $169 (Heavy duty, printed and sewn in Florida)
Lifespan 5+ years. Drawstring cord attachment. Top-of-the-line UV protection for any Hyundai that sits outside year-round — we ship a lot of Marine to Galloper and Terracan owners in Saudi, UAE, Spain, and the Mediterranean.
Marine Grade Vinyl Lux — $199 (Top spec, printed and sewn in Florida)
Same Marine Grade Vinyl spec plus integrated anti-theft lock — exclusive to Marine Grade Vinyl Lux only. Adds the integrated anti-theft lock to Marine Grade Vinyl. Worth it for newer Palisades and Santa Fes that park on the street, especially in urban North America.
Materials built for off-road use
| Material | Price | Lifespan | Durability | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Polyester Budget | $69 | Up to 2 yrs | Daily driver in covered parking or garage. Lightweight, UV-resistant, easy to swap. | |
| PVC Water-resistant | $99 | Up to 3 yrs | Trail rigs and weekend off-road use. Water-resistant, handles mud and brush scratches well. Clean with mild soap and water. | |
| PU Leather Premium look | $129 | Up to 3 yrs | Daily driver with OEM matte-black aesthetics. Best match for factory finishes on Jeep, G-Wagon, and Ford Bronco. | |
| Marine Grade Vinyl Heavy duty | $169 | Up to 5 yrs | Year-round outdoor parking, coastal humidity, desert sun, Arizona heat, sub-zero winters. 1mm heavy-duty construction, our most durable option. | |
| Marine Grade Vinyl + Anti-Theft Kit Top spec | $199 | Up to 5 yrs | Same Marine Grade Vinyl construction as above, with added locking anti-theft hardware. Best for high-visibility parking and long-term outdoor exposure. |
Cleaning note: Pressure washing is not recommended for any Wheel Shell cover, regardless of material. Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly, and air dry. Pressure washing can damage the printed surface and shorten cover lifespan.
Color matching note: Matte PU Leather and Marine Grade Vinyl reproduce factory matte black most accurately. Glossy PVC and Polyester read as deep charcoal under direct sun. For OEM paint-match, send your paint code at checkout — we calibrate the print and send a proof before production.
Color matching: We've matched Hampton Gray Palisade, Stormy Sea Santa Fe, Phantom Black Tucson, and the rare Oxford Blue Galloper. Send the paint code from the doorjamb or a clear photo of your tailgate and we'll match it before we go to print.
How the cover attaches to your Hyundai's spare
Most modern Hyundai SUVs (Santa Fe, Tucson, Palisade, Kona) carry the spare under the floor of the cargo area — the cover just stays on the tire whether it's stowed or in use. Galloper and Terracan owners with rear-mounted spares choose based on exposure:
- Elastic band (PU Leather, PVC): Stretches over the tire and grips behind the tread for a snug, factory-style fit.
- Drawstring cord (Polyester, Marine Grade Vinyl, Marine Grade Vinyl Lux): Wraps over the tire and tightens with a drawcord. Adjustable for any spare diameter.
If your Galloper or Terracan has a hard plastic spare-cover shell, our soft cover fits over the tire inside it — size to the tire, not the shell.

Frequently asked questions about Hyundai spare tire covers
Will the cover fit my Santa Fe's underfloor spare?
Yes. The cover wraps the tire itself, so it fits whether the spare is stored under the floor (modern Santa Fe, Tucson, Palisade) or mounted on a rear carrier (Galloper, Terracan). Size by the tire diameter shown on the sidewall.
What size do I need for the Hyundai Galloper?
Stock Galloper spare is 235/75R15, which works out to 29 inches (74 cm) overall. If you've changed wheels or fitted larger off-road tires, just measure your spare and we'll cut to that diameter.
Does this fit my Hyundai Terracan?
Yes — Terracan spare is 245/70R16 stock, 30 inches (76 cm) overall. Drawstring or elastic both fit, and we'll cut a camera hole if you've fitted a reverse camera on the rear-mounted spare carrier.
My Palisade Calligraphy has 21-inch wheels. What size cover do I need?
Calligraphy comes on 245/50R21 stock, which is 30.6 inches (78 cm) overall. The compact spare under the floor may be smaller — check the sidewall numbers on the spare itself before ordering.
Can you match the cover to my Stormy Sea or Hampton Gray paint?
Yes — both are in our reference library along with Phantom Black, Earthy Brass, Robust Emerald, and Oxford Blue. Send us your paint code (it's on the driver-side doorjamb) and we match before printing.
Will the cover work for a Galloper II Innovation?
Yes — same dimensions as Galloper II base, just trim differences. Stock spare 235/75R15 = 29 inches overall. Send a photo of the rear if you'd like the Innovation badge replicated on the cover.
Do you ship to Spain, the UAE, or Saudi Arabia?
Yes — free worldwide shipping. Production 2–7 business days plus 4–5 business days air freight. About 6–12 business days door-to-door for most Hyundai markets.
Can I customize the cover with my family name and a Santa Fe route map?
Of course — that's one of our most-requested designs for the XL Santa Fe. Send us the route, family name, and we'll mock it up free. Approval-first, no surcharge.
Is Marine Grade Vinyl worth it for my desert-climate Terracan?
Yes — Marine is built for tropical and desert UV. Florida-printed, 5+ year lifespan. Most Gulf-region Hyundai owners pick Marine or Marine Lux for that reason.
How do I know my older Tucson's spare size?
Pull the cover off the spare in the cargo well and read the sidewall numbers (something like 225/60R17). That's all we need. Most Tucson generations sit between 225/60R17 and 235/55R19.
Can I get the Hyundai N Line or N Performance graphics on the cover?
Yes — we've made N Line graphics for Tucson, Santa Fe, and Kona N owners. WRC i20 N rally livery is also a popular custom request from Hyundai Motorsport fans.
Will the cover survive Korean winters?
Yes. Marine Grade Vinyl is rated for the temperature range Korean winters hit (well below freezing). PU Leather and PVC also handle it. Polyester is the one we'd avoid for harsh-cold daily exposure.
