Built for every RV class — Class A through pop-up camper
RV spares live in the harshest cover environment we sell to: full-time outdoor exposure, often year-round, often in Florida coastal humidity, Arizona desert UV, or Colorado mountain freeze-thaw. Our covers are sized for every RV class:
- Class A motorhome (full-size diesel pusher / gas): typically runs 22.5″ commercial tires (295/75R22.5, 295/80R22.5) → 37″ cover. Spare often carried under the chassis or on a rear ladder mount.
- Class C motorhome: built on a Ford E-450 or Mercedes Sprinter chassis. Tire sizes vary — typical 16″–19.5″ commercial → 30″–32″ cover. Spare often hidden under chassis or in a side compartment.
- Class B (camper van): on Sprinter / Ford Transit / Ram Promaster chassis. 16″–17″ tires → 28″–30″ cover. Many Class B vans don't carry an external spare; if yours does (rear-door mount), the cover fits.
- Travel trailer (bumper-pull, 14″–16″ wheels): ST205/75R14, ST205/75R15, ST225/75R15 → 26″–29″ cover. Spare typically on rear bumper or A-frame mount.
- Fifth-wheel: 16″–17.5″ trailer tires → 30″–32″ cover. Spare on the front cap or rear ladder.
- Pop-up camper (tent trailer): small ST175/80R13 → 24″–26″ cover. Spare on tongue or rear bumper.
- Toy hauler: 16″–17.5″ LT or ST tires → 30″–32″ cover.

Don't see your size? RV tires range from 13″ pop-up tongues to 22.5″ Class A diesel — we make every size from 14″ to 37″, plus custom on request at no extra cost.
Free backup camera cutout, on every cover
Newer Class A motorhomes and toy haulers ship with rear-mounted backup cameras, sometimes integrated into the spare-tire bracket. Every cover ships with an optional centered camera-hole cutout sized to fit any factory or aftermarket camera position — at no extra cost. If your RV doesn't have a rear camera (most travel trailers and Class C don't), leave the option set to "no."
To add it, select the "with camera hole" option at checkout. We cut the hole during production — no special order, no surcharge, no production delay.

Choose your material
RVs see the harshest cover conditions of any vehicle category — full-time outdoor parking, year-round exposure, Florida humidity, Arizona desert sun, Colorado snow. Material choice matters more here than on a daily-driver SUV.
Polyester — $69 (Budget)
Lifespan 2–3 years. Drawstring cord attachment. Best for RVs stored in covered storage facilities or carports. Lightweight, easy to remove for tire access. Not recommended for full-time outdoor parking.
PVC — $99 (Waterproof)
Lifespan 3–4 years. Elastic band attachment. The pick for travel trailers and toy haulers that see seasonal use plus pressure-washing after a muddy weekend. Fully waterproof, handles road salt and brush abrasion.
PU Leather — $129 (Premium look)
Lifespan 3–4 years. Elastic band attachment. Premium matte finish that pairs well with luxury Class A motorhomes (Newmar, Tiffin, Entegra). Best for daily-driver feel rather than full-time exposure.
Marine Grade Vinyl — $169 (Heavy duty, printed and sewn in Florida)
Lifespan 5+ years. Drawstring cord attachment. The spec we recommend for full-time outdoor RVs. 1 mm heavy-duty construction rated for Florida coastal humidity, Arizona desert UV (the cover lives where you store the rig — typically the worst-sun spot), and sub-zero winters in northern storage. Printed and sewn in Florida — the hottest, wettest US RV market — and tested there.
Marine Grade Vinyl Lux — $199 (Top spec, printed and sewn in Florida)
Same Marine Grade Vinyl spec plus integrated anti-theft lock — exclusive to Marine Grade Vinyl Lux only. For RVs stored at public campgrounds, RV resorts, or street-park storage where covers occasionally get tampered with.
Materials built for off-road use
| Material | Price | Lifespan | Durability | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Polyester Budget | $69 | Up to 2 yrs | Daily driver in covered parking or garage. Lightweight, UV-resistant, easy to swap. | |
| PVC Water-resistant | $99 | Up to 3 yrs | Trail rigs and weekend off-road use. Water-resistant, handles mud and brush scratches well. Clean with mild soap and water. | |
| PU Leather Premium look | $129 | Up to 3 yrs | Daily driver with OEM matte-black aesthetics. Best match for factory finishes on Jeep, G-Wagon, and Ford Bronco. | |
| Marine Grade Vinyl Heavy duty | $169 | Up to 5 yrs | Year-round outdoor parking, coastal humidity, desert sun, Arizona heat, sub-zero winters. 1mm heavy-duty construction, our most durable option. | |
| Marine Grade Vinyl + Anti-Theft Kit Top spec | $199 | Up to 5 yrs | Same Marine Grade Vinyl construction as above, with added locking anti-theft hardware. Best for high-visibility parking and long-term outdoor exposure. |
Cleaning note: Pressure washing is not recommended for any Wheel Shell cover, regardless of material. Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly, and air dry. Pressure washing can damage the printed surface and shorten cover lifespan.
Color matching note: Matte PU Leather and Marine Grade Vinyl reproduce factory matte black most accurately. Glossy PVC and Polyester read as deep charcoal under direct sun. For OEM paint-match, send your paint code at checkout — we calibrate the print and send a proof before production.
Color matching: Most RVs ship in white gel-coat with brand-color accent stripes (Newmar Rosewood Red, Tiffin Allegro Coral, Forest River Cherokee Red, Jayco Eagle Blue). Send the manufacturer paint code at checkout and we calibrate the print to match. Matte PU Leather and Marine Vinyl reproduce factory finishes most accurately.
How it attaches — rear-bumper, A-frame, or ladder mount
RVs carry the spare in three main positions, all served by the same cover attachment systems:
- Elastic band (PU Leather, PVC): Stretches over the tire and grips behind the tread for a snug, factory-style fit.
- Drawstring cord (Polyester, Marine Grade Vinyl, Marine Grade Vinyl Lux): Wraps over the tire and tightens with a drawcord. Adjustable for any spare diameter.
Tested up to highway towing speed (typical 65 mph travel-trailer top end). Removes in seconds for a roadside tire change.

Frequently asked questions about RV spare tire covers
What size cover do I need for a Class A motorhome?
Class A diesel pushers run 22.5″ rims with 295/75R22.5 commercial tires — that takes a 37″ cover (our largest stock size). Class A gas builds with 19.5″ rims take a 32″ cover. Always size by the spare tire diameter, not the rim size.
What size for a travel trailer?
Most travel trailers run ST205/75R14 or ST225/75R15. The 14″-rim trailer takes a 26″ cover; the 15″-rim takes a 27″–28″ cover. Smaller pop-up tent-trailer tongues with ST175/80R13 take a 24″ cover.
Will the cover survive year-round outdoor RV storage?
Yes — for full-time outdoor parking we strongly recommend Marine Grade Vinyl ($169) or Marine Grade Vinyl Lux ($199 with anti-theft lock). Both are 1 mm heavy-duty, 5+ year lifespan, printed and sewn in Florida. Polyester and PVC are not rated for full-time year-round outdoor storage; choose them for indoor or covered storage.
Does it have a backup-camera hole?
Yes — free on every cover. The cutout is centered, sized for any factory or aftermarket camera. Many newer Class A motorhomes and toy haulers have rear-mounted cameras integrated into the spare bracket; the cutout drops in. If your RV doesn't have a rear camera (most Class C and travel trailers don't), leave the option set to "no."
Will UV in the Arizona desert / Florida coastal sun fade the print?
No — all materials use fade-resistant printing rated for prolonged sun exposure. Marine Grade Vinyl carries a 5+ year lifespan rating and is the spec we recommend for the snowbird belt (Florida, Arizona, southern California). PU Leather and PVC are rated for 3–4 years.
Can I match my RV manufacturer paint color (Newmar, Tiffin, Jayco, etc.)?
Yes. Send the manufacturer paint code or a photo of the body color at checkout — we calibrate the print to match. Matte PU Leather and Marine Vinyl reproduce factory finishes most accurately. Common requests: Newmar Rosewood Red, Tiffin Allegro Coral, Forest River Cherokee Red, Jayco Eagle Blue, Winnebago Sand.
How does it attach to a bumper-mount or A-frame spare?
The cover slides over the spare and grips behind the tread (elastic band on PU Leather and PVC) or tightens with a drawcord (Polyester and Marine Grade Vinyl). Bumper-mount, A-frame, ladder-mount, and front-cap-mount spares all work the same way — the cover wraps the visible face and clears the bracket.
How long does shipping take to my RV storage address?
Free worldwide shipping, 6–12 business days with tracking. We ship to home addresses, storage facilities, RV dealers, and pickup locations. Marine Grade orders ship from our Florida facility for the fastest US delivery.
Can I customize with my RV club affiliation or favorite campground?
Yes. Common RV custom designs: FMCA / Good Sam / Escapees club logos (with member affiliation), favorite campgrounds (KOA, Jellystone — KOA logos require manufacturer approval), road-trip route maps (Pacific Coast Highway, Route 66, Trans-Canada), family name + RV brand combos, full-timer slogans. Free design proof, no minimum order, approval-first.
What if it doesn't fit when it arrives?
Free returns + full refund within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fees, no return-shipping charge. Most fit issues come from sizing by rim diameter rather than tire diameter — measure the tire from sidewall edge to sidewall edge across the face if uncertain.
Will the design read at distance on a 22.5-inch Class A spare?
Yes — we calibrate typography size and contrast for the cover diameter, so designs read cleanly from across a campground or down a highway lane. The free design proof confirms layout before printing.
Can I get a custom size for a non-standard RV spare?
Yes — we make every size from 14″ to 37″ in stock, plus custom diameters outside that range on request, at no extra cost. Common custom requests: 38″–40″ for converted commercial chassis builds, 13″–14″ for older pop-up campers and tongue-mounted spares.
