What Size Spare Tire Cover Fits a Ford Bronco? (6th Gen, Sasquatch, Wildtrak)
Bronco sizing is one of the more straightforward modern lookups. Ford put the spare back on the tailgate when they brought the nameplate back in 2021, and the cover sizing for the 6th-generation lineup is reasonably clean across trims. The main thing buyers need to know is the gap between the stock-tire trims and the Sasquatch package.
The other useful thing to clarify up front: the Bronco Sport is a different vehicle. It does not carry the spare on the back. If you own a Sport and were planning to order a cover, you do not need one — the spare lives under the cargo floor.
For the full-size 6th-generation Bronco, the size depends almost entirely on whether the build is on the standard 33-inch all-terrain tires or the Sasquatch and Wildtrak 35-inch package. Bronco Raptor builds with off-road 37s land in their own category. Vintage Broncos (1966 to 1996) vary based on what tires the previous owner ran.

I have a 2024 Sasquatch. What cover size?
A 35″ cover. The Sasquatch package includes 35-inch all-terrain tires (LT315/70R17). Always size by the actual tire diameter, not the rim.
My Bronco Sport has a spare. Do I need a cover?
No. The Bronco Sport stores its spare under the cargo floor. A rear-mounted spare tire cover does not apply unless you have added an external spare carrier (a rare aftermarket modification on the Sport).
I have a 1976 Bronco. What size?
It varies based on the tires you are running now. Vintage Broncos typically use 30″–33″ tires. Use the universal size chart or measure across the tire face with a tape measure.
Does the cover fit the swing-out tire carrier mount?
Yes. The cover wraps the wheel itself; how the wheel is mounted does not affect the cover fit. Swing-out, hitch-mounted, and tailgate-mounted spares all use the same covers.
